This Privacy Policy explains what information The Hearts of Warriors (theheartsofwarriors.com), operated under the registered brand Jacob Denson, collects from visitors, why we collect it, and how it is used.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
• Your email address, if you subscribe to Fleet News updates or purchase a song from the Wartime Songbook.
• Your name and email address (and phone number, if provided), if you are granted early access to an audiobook chapter preview.
• Payment information, if you make a purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves.
We use the information we collect to:
• Send Fleet News updates to subscribers who have opted in.
• Deliver download links for songs or audiobook chapters you have purchased or been granted access to.
• Respond to questions sent to admin@theheartsofwarriors.com.
If you provide your mobile phone number to receive a text message from us (for example, a link to an early audiobook chapter preview or beta reader manuscript chapters), that number is used solely to send you the message you requested. Message frequency varies — generally one message per chapter you have been granted access to. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of email updates at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every Fleet News email.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate this site (such as Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Twilio for text message delivery), each of whom is bound to use your information only to provide that service to us.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at admin@theheartsofwarriors.com.
